I am new to this program and also new to Python. I just got the newest version PDFgetX3 from Nouvant. It is a zipped file (www.doorway.ruxpy), which contains only 3 text files (AUTHORS, LICENSENOTICE, README) and 4 folders (diffpy/, doc/, EGG-INFO/, tables/). The expanded diffpy_cmi directory can be renamed or moved to a different location and the software should still work.
